While it is impossible to hit 200% customers satisfaction, we are at 99.3%. Not bad. We’ve had months where over 90% of our customers were either repeat or referred by a previous customer, our average in 76%. Not bad at all! Our estimates are always free because we are confident our service, price, and installation are superior to our competition. Our competition requires you to “pay” for the measure, and then if (and only if) you buy your flooring from them, they refund the cost into the purchase. That’s not our idea of free!
